Apayao State College has cleared the first stage of the ISO audit on February 22, 2023, held at the Malama – Conner campus in Apayao. The audit was conducted by Jenny Barachina, an auditor from the third-party Certifying Body (CB), DQS Certification Phils. Inc. Based in Germany. The assessment aimed to determine the college’s Quality Management System planning, documentation, and other requirements specified in ISO 9001-2015. The audit report indicated that the institution’s quality policy, objectives, and procedures were well-defined and aligned with ISO 9001-2015 standards.
Following the positive result, Apayao State College is now geared up for the Stage 2 audit scheduled on April 13-14, 2023. If the college passes the assessment, it will receive an ISO 9001-2015 certification.
